Service Requests

Use the form below to request the services you require. Any information relating to service queries, or questions you may have, can be found on our Service Information page.

Please use the format: "Your/Company/Organisation Name - Subject or Order / Project Title - Your Order Reference (if applicable)"
Please enter a number greater than or equal to 1. This is the order quantity required (for example, number of project files in the series).
Round to nearest time greater than required project length. Example: 2 podcast tracks (each 30 mins), 1 advert (1 min), Outro (15 secs). Total length: 31 mins 15 secs. Therefore, example requires 35 minutes.
This is the number of unique audio inputs required (e.g. podcast participants) in the project.

By selecting the checkbox above, you acknowledge and accept that Standard Edit service (which is included in all orders) only involves:

  • Normalising, standardising, level matching, and project mastered to any required LUFS/standards (subject to quality and requirements)
  • EQ, compression, and gating (sound quality improvements)

  • Cuts and edits at service provider's discretion
  • Review document: process information and editor's feedback on project
  • One free revision (note: Revision turnaround is 1 working day from date of request acceptance. Only includes purchased services. "Project Review" and "Advanced" services share the review, therefore only one revision per project).

Select "Yes" to include the following services in this order:

  • Full quality assessment: basic audio restoration (mitigation of noise, buzz, and reverb) at service provider's discretion
  • Filler word / sound edits ("uhm", "er", pauses, long silences) at service provider's discretion
  • One free revision (note: Revision turnaround is 1 working day from date of request acceptance. Only includes purchased services. "Project Review" and "Advanced" services share the review, therefore only one revision per project).

Please provide access links and information regarding the your share drives (for example: Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, WeTransfer, ...) files are to be received and distributed through.
Additional requests not included in services are priced subject to complexity and time requirements. A quotation is provided for all services, including additional costs. If you have additional schedule or information requests, please provided that here. (note: If your project length(s) are greater than 150 minutes per project, or vary in length, please provide all available project details above).
